The Child Health lab at the University of Manitoba recently reached out to us to share an upcoming research project! This project is recruiting lower-income families that have children with food allergies. Over the course of the 3 month study, recipients will receive meal kits for free every two weeks. Here are some more quick points:
– This project is unfortunately only open to residents in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas.
– Recruiting will take place this summer, with the project to start in the Fall.
– The provided meal kits will provide allergy-friendly foods as well as staples, and are valued at approximately $75 per kit (provided every two weeks).
